The name Newlolvo Rech Ckez is derived from the Dwarven language, as Newlolvo Rech Ckez was founded by Có̄ń̄̌sh Séch 'Boo Cutie' Ermp̪f̄sh Méó Caw̋chīs Cÿbackhugehdew, who was culturaly Dwarvern.

Newlolvo Rech Ckez was founded durring the early 13th century in summer of the year 1245, by Có̄ń̄̌sh Séch 'Boo Cutie' Ermp̪f̄sh Méó Caw̋chīs Cÿbackhugehdew. The establishment of Newlolvo Rech Ckez suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Newlolvo Rech Ckez which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length. Decorative features included domed rooves, arches, soaring spaces, and sumptuous decoration: marble columns and inlay, mosaics on the vaults, inlaid-stone pavements, and sometimes gold coffered ceilings.
